Shopian shuts for 4th consecutive day against ‘disappearance’ of Zubair

Srinagar: The Shopian district in South Kashmir observed a complete shutdown for the fourth consecutive day against the disappearance of a youth from police custody.
However, police has claimed that Zubair Ahmad Turray escaped from the police station Keegam on May 1.

According to reports, all the business establishments remained closed and traffic was off the roads in main town and adjoining areas.
